I think there's a RedHat installation tutorial on the net which may help
you.
KDevelop needs KDE 1.1.x, which only runs with Qt < 2.0.  KDE 2 is being
developed right now with Qt 2 and we will port kdevelop after 1.0
persumably when the kde 2 libs are some kind of stable.
