KDevelop website translation to Brazilian Portuguese finished

Hi,

Some time ago I finished the complete translation of the kdevelop.org website 
into Brazilian Portuguese. However, the translation is not yet available.

I don't know who is responsible for maintaining the update script. I would 
like to request that the translation be included. The files are already in the 
KDE translation SVN.
