KDevelop website translation to Brazilian Portuguese finished

Hello,

I do not know why the translation does not appear on the website. In the README 
of the KDevelop website repository [1] there is a link to another repository 
hugo-i18n [2]. Maybe ask how to make it work in an issue for huge-i18n? I guess 
some rebuild might be needed. By the way, comparing the number of directories at 
[3] to the number of languages selectable on kdevelop.org suggests that several 
other available translations are not included. Maybe the other missing 
translations can also be added during the rebuild.
