Hi Tomáš,

https://invent.kde.org/kdevelop/kdevelop/-/merge_requests/681 makes the 
top-level Doxyfile buildable. So you can merge that MR locally and run `doxygen 
Doxyfile`. The resulting documentation is far from perfect for reasons discussed 
in a comment thread under that MR. If you think that such documentation is 
better than nothing, feel free to review that MR so we can finally merge it.
