recently closed documents feature?

+1 I think it would be a great feature, I see myself missing it all
the time, I use it quite extensively on my web browsers.

I don't think it should be implemented with the Recently Openened
documents. In fact it could be implemented as a plugin. Or maybe
within the document controller it would fit just fine.
