No 5.4.2 also today, given no important fixes yet, will happen Monday, Sept. 2nd

Hi,

as like last week since 5.4.1 still no important fixes have been made to the 
5.4 branch for all 3 kdevelop modules, also today's release date option will 
be skipped.

Next Monday though is non-optional release date, for some monthly flushing out 
of the minor fixes and translation updates to users.

So Monday, September 2nd, will see tagging & release of 5.4.2 around CEST 
evening.
