REVISION SUMMARY
  Renamed all Kasten2 to Kasten
  Ended porting to KF5
  Removed code for Kasten1, old "Kasten" and removed cheching of KASTEN_VERSION deffine
  Changed from .desktop to .json as .desktop is not supported
