Improving the templates in KDevelop/KAppTemplate

Hi!

Well to be honest I think this is another problem which would be solved if 
package managers would install recommended packages by default unless the user 
explicitly deselects them ;)
But since that is probably wishful thinking, I think Aleix is right in that a) 
we should probably not hard-depend on KAppTemplate and b) should still have 
the very basic templates available when it's not installed.

Making all the packages from KAppTemplate (plus eventually more) downloadable 
through GHNS sounds nice, although I'm not sure where to host them.
