Old Ruby support plugin

Hey,

If you need old (super-stable), but very basic Ruby support for KDevelop  
>= 4.2, get it from GitHub:
https://github.com/adymo/kdevelop-ruby

The code was removed from KDE svn playground and never committed to git.  
I've resurrected it and I'll maintain it in GitHub until the new plugin  
(https://projects.kde.org/projects/playground/devtools/plugins/kdev-ruby)  
is stabilized and released.

Btw, I'd like to encourage everybody to look at/test the new plugin.  
Miquel is doing some really great work with that.

PS: yes, this is that ruby support with regexp-based parser
