c++-2011 support: init-lists have landed

Hey all,

if you use kdevelop master and notice any kind of regressions in the next 
days, please write a unit test with some sample code that broke. Or if you use 
STL and something is broken now, please again inform me via a bug report.

I've finally pushed the init-list support required for C++-2011 support which 
took me quite some time and brain cells. Well, the unit tests seem to pass and 
it works-for-me™. YMMV hence this request.
