Moving the Ruby plugin to git.

Hey there,

cool! If you're interested in discussing more general DUChain related
stuff -- I'm relatively new, too (working on python language support
... sometimes, at least :) -- I'd be happy if you would contact me,
maybe we can share some of our experience.
