Moving the Ruby plugin to git.

Hello everyone,

I am really glad to announce that the KDevelop Ruby plugin has been moved to
git.kde.org (playground/devtools/plugins at projects.kde.org). I have never
introduced myself here, so let's do it now ;) My name is Miquel Sabaté Solà
(mssola on IRC) and I'm a 21 year old computer science student in the
UPC/FIB university in Barcelona. Since January I've been working on this
plugin and discussing with the original author (Alexander Dymo, adymo) some
parts of it. Before doing this, nothing special I guess: a few patches to
Kate and some personal projects using Qt and the KDE libraries.

So, why? The first time I met this plugin was when I tried to compile it but
it failed. Moreover, I was really disappointed with the parser. So my main
work has consisted in write a parser (based on the MRI parser) and integrate
it with the plugin. I have a few things to polish and the duchain (among
other parts) have been re-written. My future work will be focussed on taking
this plugin to the level it deserves :) (improved duchain, code completion,
...).

I have contacted Alexander Dymo (original author) a few times via email, but
he hasn't responded to me lately :( so I guess he's too busy. I have also
subscribed to this mailing list and I will try to be as approachable as
possible (mailing list, IRC,...). I hope you guys enjoy it ;)

Thank you very much for your time,
Miquel
