Moving the Ruby plugin to git.

Hello Sven,

Of course I will be glad to discuss some general DUChain related stuff! By
now I'm just starting to build the basics, so I guess that I'm not that
experienced. Anyway, thanks for the interest, we'll keep in touch ;)
