New ProjectModel implementation

I just meant "weak" smart pointer, eg. Without reference-counting, so it
should be the same.

However it migh generally be better to implement it with the "path lookup"
mechanism we discussed once, so that it would also work if the
project-manager deletes and re-creates the item (would make it easier to
write project managers).

I was more thinking about a "WatchingProjectItemList" or so, that wraps
a QList<ProjectBaseItem*> + doing the signal-listening. Would be quite a
bit simpler to do than full smart-pointer (at least for me) and probably
enough for most/all use-cases.
