Move Editor Settings under KDevelop settings (was: Re: Kdevelop editing issues)

Sorry, let me rephrase: I don't want to incorporate the editor settings into 
our KDevelop settings dialog, just put the action into the right place 
(Settings Menu, below "Configure KDevelop").
