Move Editor Settings under KDevelop settings (was: Re: Kdevelop editing issues)

Ah, ok. Well I personally don't have a strong preference, but indeed it
seems to be problematic to _not_ have it under settings (even though its
inconsistent with the rest of the menu structure).
