Kdevelop editing issues

Editor -> Settings -> Configure Editor -> Open/Save -> Advanced -> 
Backup on Save (Local Files or Remote Files)

Not exactly easy to find, but I always end up turning it off for the 
various katepart apps I use, so I'm used to finding it ^_^.
