Actually, since the different areas should also have different toolbars, this 
one would be most correct.

But it's very hard to implement, since the menu is inserted within 
KMainWindow/QMainWindow. I've tried to hack something together as experiment 
at the hackathon, but it didn't work.

So tell me how you think about these ideas.
