I forgot two things:

a) the link to the issue:

b) tell you that I'm putting subversion support in KDevelop4 on hold and
disabling it completely (on win32) until this issue is fixed. Also the
commit will have a few changes I couldn't test yet under linux (removal
of subversion-1 in the include's)
