Mini-freeze for 3.4 move this week

Hi,

I intend to move the KDevelop 3.4 branch into branches/KDE/3.5 so  
that we can get KDevelop 3.4.x in for the next KDE release. As such,  
please make sure you have anything intended for the KDevelop 3.4  
branch committed by 00:00 Tuesday UTC. Please refrain from committing  
anything to the 3.4 branch until I have announced that the move has  
been completed.
