Mini-freeze for 3.4 move this week

So the i18n people have already been informed ?

Is the history going to be kept in the kdevelop/3.3 branch ? If not then 
please do the move like I told: move the tagged version and after that reaply 
the last 3.3.x patch (it's a single commit).

I think that we could drop the two extra docbooks documents already with this 
move, and only keep the user manual in the KDE/3.5 branch.
