[KDev3.4] Adding additional but *important* message to stable branch

If we go for another KDevelop 3.x branch again, I'd like to have my
rails support features there as well. Basically, if somebody wants/has
time and motivation to release KDevelop 3.5, let's branch it again and
do that.
