[KDev3.4] Adding additional but *important* message to stablebranch

It seems like there is already a lack of developers on kdev 4, do we
really want to divert someone's attention back to kdev 3?  Not to
mention coming off of the KDE release cycle makes it harder for the
package maintainers for all of the distros out there.
