This will be my last comment.  When KDevelop4 is released and users come into 
#kdevelop and ask why they have to set all these env vars once, twice, three 
times... I hope you'll point them here.

The user will have to set his/her QTDIR in the build configuration.  Then, 
when they want to run the app they'll have to set it again in the run 
configuration?  If the user changes it in the build config are you going to 
automatically change it in the run config behind her back?  Vice versa?

Anyways...
