Nothing like that. All it means is that I'm spinning a release candidate
and if you have changes that you want to get into the release candidate
before i spin it, you should commit them. There's still about a month or
so left of KDevelop 3.4 development time. The goal is to release along
with (but not as a part of) KDE 3.5.6
