KDevelop 3.4 RC 1 will be tagged tonight

Oh, ok. Yeah the Qt4 buildsystem fixes are not essential for the rc1 - I
guess not many people will use kdevelop to hack on Qt4...

BTW: Do you plan a string freeze?  Because as far as I know kdevelop is
translated within kde-i18n...
