These template strings are NOT AT ALL in the kdevelop po file. They are in the 
template files (shockingly already ini files).  This is going to be preserved 
and expanded.  This has absolutely no effect on KDevelop its translations, or 
any po files at all what so ever.  This is not at all how this system works.  
Expanding the ini files will only mean better i18n coverage.
