If I understand dynamic loaded ui files, all they provide is the ability to 
change the layout of a dialog without any re-compiling.  All the 
functionality, such as signals and slots must still be provided somehow 
and the only way to do that dynamically is using a library or plugin of
some sort.  

Tell me if I have understood dynamic ui files incorrectly.
