Do we really want to do this? IMHO it doesn't worth doing so. Yes we can,
like we are doing now for KDE 3.0. But look at 3.0 compat - it's a pain
to keep comatibility and the result is no better - KDevelop 3.0 in a KDE 3.0
system is unstable like a hell.

PS: Ok, complex question, I propose woting at kdedevelopers.org site.
