I must say I really agree with Alexander et al about targetting Qt-3.2/KDE-3.2
for the next release. There is a bunch of #ifdef cruft we can get rid of and
a bunch of new features in Qt and KDE that will come in handy.
KDE-3.2 is the latest stable release, I think it makes a lot of sense to code
against that.
