The bug report is http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69906
There is indeed a very simple fix to make KDevelop ignore the .pcs file (see
comment #16) but as it turns out, that's fixing the problem in the wrong
place (see comment #41 and up)
The real problem appears to be the FileSelector. Try simply disabling that and
see if the crash goes away.
