any chances for creating an extra bug list?

Hi,

is there any chance that an extra list for the bugs is created? While the bugs 
are probably interesting for the developers it makes reading the list for 
outsiders less fun. I could imagine that quite some people stopped reading 
kdevelop-devel because of too much bug-traffic.
