Gideon and the KDE 3.1 release

Okay, the plan (as of now) is to have Dirk use the alpha1 release with KDE
3.1. A few things have been fixed since then, but not enough in my opinion
to merit a new release, yet. This way, people who download 3.1 and want to
upgrade to Gideon can do so with some ease, but we won't consider a final
release of KDevelop 3.0 until KDE 3.2 is released.

On a side note as for the naming convention: I'm still going to refer to the
product as KDevelop 3.0 (Gideon) and keep the 'gideon' binary names in the
package until we are stable, at which point everything will switch back to
KDevelop.

Does this sound okay?
