Hmm, I can not confirm this crash here on my system. I'm using KDE 3.0.0 from 
SuSE rpms, SuSE 7.3, Qt-3.0.3 and Qt-3.0.4 both compiled from Trolltech's 
source.

Does it only crash on Build->Autoconf or on Build->Make too? Does it crash 
immediately or after some lines of output?
