Could you please submit a wishlist to kde bts for this feature?
Take into account the changes in Qt designer of qt 3.x of course ;) You'll
see what I mean when you see it.
Currently, it is suggested that you manage a UI class with the designer and
then use that class in other classes that you write (such as deriving from
them).
