You already did a 'cvs co -r KDE_2_2_BRANCH kdevelop' once ?
Then all you need to do is cvs update in the kdevelop directory and the
sources should get updated. If you want to make sure you update against
the KDE_2_2_BRANCH you could add '-r KDE_2_2_BRANCH' after cvs update but
that should not be necessary if you already have checked it out as
KDE_2_2_BRANCH.
