tweaking kdevelop2.1 classproperties dialog

Hi,

Object: Little improvements to the ClassProperties <add attribute> behaviour 	
           and implementation.

Kdevelop Version: KDE_2_2_BRANCH.20011218

I've just finished some tweaks on the dialog and code implementation.

Attributes tabpage:
Improvements:
      Added three LineEdit boxes for :
         -) Editable Default value
             "Ensure attribute member is always initialized 
              to a default value, implemented in all constructors"
         -) Editable Read & Write Attribute method's names
             "Automatic naming created often ugly name..."
         -( Still have to correct tab order (GUI) for those new elements      
 
Annoying "feature bugs" I have fixed:
         -) Removed automatic method's "virtual" modifier in code generation.
         -) Removed automatic "const" modifier in read method's parameters.
         		
...That's all for now.

Please note (as said above) that I worked on version DECEMBER 18, 2001.
I have no access to the latest code, I don't remember how to CVS...

The sources are on my computer. I really don't know how I could update 
the current (KDE_2_2_BRANCH) sources.

If someone is interrested to update CVS for me, contact me and tell me what 
to do. ;-)

I could <patch> against the orignal kdevelop-20011218 tho..., but I prefer
to wait for what maintainers think of the modification I made ...
