Bug#31723: kdevelop setting up pathes is frustrating

whenever kdevelop needs a file or a path during setup or configuration, the fileselctors filter says "all", but only directories are displayed. 

I find it frustrating, when i am forced to find a file without knowing its name. Especially when kdevelop says after the selection, that my suggestion was wrong.

___PLEASE___
show me for what file i should search by inserting its name in the file-filter of the fileselector when setting up pathes for the docs or libs.

the standard dialog for file-selection would then highlight the file automatically if i found its place.
