mailing lists again

The sourceforge mailing lists were created for convenience only, in
case the problems w/ the mail server persist. 

Afaik, neither you nor anybody else is affiliated any longer w/ the
university where the current lists are kept, is that correct? 

If so, I'd suggest moving to a place where we can have some more
control over the lists.

I did not want to force this down peoples throat, I just wanted to
create the infrastructure for a *fast* change, if that was necessary.
This was meant to be a service, nothing more. 

If you'all think this isn't necessary, fine, takes a few minutes to
disable the sourceforge lists.
