2.0 issues

Both buttons have no sense any more.
Now it means:
1.) to hide/show a _group_ of dockwidget-based tool views because they
aren't chained in one widget any more. For instance some of the output
views could be located as toplevel windows on desktop, other output
views can be hidden at the same time.
or
2.) to remove both current toggle-buttons for output and tree views. And
to replace them by the "Docking" menu that I would like to put in the
"View" menu.
I think I'll go for 2.)

The code is unusuable. After looking studying it the whole last weekend,
I would say, it can't work properly for the reasons I wrote already. I
dropped it, maybe some other people have more luck.
