E. g. the icons with a folder and green and red plus/minus signs on
them - I'm quite sure I've seen them in KDE Studio.

Btw, if someone wants to package the KDE 2 API documentation, I recommend
to update kdoc and use the switch --skip-internal, or
makekdedoc -p'--skip-internal'. It cuts off most of the bloat from
internal classes :-)
