Bug#2651: Error when compiling on HP-UX 10.20

Problem: When i try to compile kdevelop on hp-ux 10.20, i get an error that
dlfcn.h is not found.
Cause: The file kdlgloader.h under kdlgloader/ is ported to hp-ux and the
same file under kdevelop/kdlgedit/ is not.
Fix: When i copy kdlgloader/kdlgloader.h to kdevelop/kdlgedit/ the error
disappears.
Request: Please fix this in the future packages.
