Bug#9415: Bug fixed

Hello,

This suspected bug has been solved after having added the tools path
into LD_LIBRARY_PATH and after having booted the machine. Kdevelop was
launched from the KDE menu.

May be more precise error messages could avoid this kind of
misunderstanding.
