Bug Description ---------------------------

I would like to be able to view all of the KDE 2.0 documentation in
the documentation browser. I currently have it set up so that I can
view _some_ of the docs, but the top-level folders seem to be hard
coded - in other words, I can see a folder for kdecore, but not one
for kio.

(Also, the links from KDE docs to Qt docs are broken, because the KDE
docs seem to assume that the Qt docs are in a particular place.)
