Compile KDevelop with ./configure --enable-kdoc2 and install kdoc2 (do a
kdoc -v and if you have installed kdoc 1.17 make sure you uninstall it
before installing kdoc2 by hand because installation pathes are changed
between both versions.

Then generate the kdelibs as usual. It works here at least with kdevelop
1.2, so if this doesn´t work, use a snapshot or wait until next monday
for the release;-)
