Yes, Maurice, I have seen it on several installations that I have done for new users. But it is
not consistent, and since it has not caused anyone any grief I have not bothered to check it
out. I suspect that the Settings > Security > possibly [Ad block] or one of the other tabs
might affect whether or not it appears.
Someone with more knowledge will likely provide you with specifics as to what is happening
and why but rest assured it has not caused an problems with people I assist with Linux.
