It is a disconnected imap, there is an interval fetching time and it is also 
fetched on manual checks.

What is your inbox's name on the server?
Filters should recognize *new* mails arrived in folders that are:
- named "inbox", "/inbox" or ".inbox" (case doesn't matter) OR
- are marked as inbox with a special collection attribute "inbox" (se 
SpecialCollectionAttribute for the folders in akonadiconmsole) OR
- in case of POP3 the destination inbox folder is queried from the POP3 
account configuration

If you didn't do so, maybe try a restart of the mail filter agent (or 
akonadi itself), to see if changes the behavior.
