Absolutely!
If we would be able to work in this direction, Linux would be far more
attractive for more people.

What I possibly could do to help realise this idea:
* making a special web page dedicated to it;
* help in the realm of open source/ GNU or CC, financial, legal and
organisational issues;
* trying out software, evaluation and (bug) reporting.
Beside from Ecaroh and me, at least one dedicated Linux developer is needed.
