tools. I'm another happy Anki user! Ankionline is all coded by Damien,
the Anki dev.

If you want something similar, you could set up your own server
somewhere, with ldap and imap. On that server you could run some PHP
webmail app that connects to the same imap and ldap servers. Same for
the calendaring, you would use the vcard on the server. With kioslaves
I should imagine that this would be easy, and there is no real sync as
the data is only in one place: the server. If you want it available
offline you would need to do something creative with unison.
