You can probably use a filter for this:
- choose a filter criterion that matches all messages (e.g. size > 0)
- choose filter action "Add to Address Book" "To" with suitable category
and address book (if you have more than one)
- on the Advanced page check "Apply this filter to sent messages" and
uncheck all other "Apply ..." options.
Hmm, unfortunately this does not seem to work at the moment because
KMail has not yet been ported to Akonadi and thus it doesn't know the
new Akonadi-based address books. *sigh*
